Job Description
The Head - Distribution is a key member of the retail leadership team, he will manage to develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy in alignment with the sales objectives and growth plans of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Driving Sales through Alternate building materials distributors and dealers.
- Oversee the management of the distribution channels and ensure efficient product flow to meet consumer demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective distribution solutions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for distribution network expansion or optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align distribution strategies with customer service goals, ensuring high satisfaction levels
