Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Production Manager is responsible for delivering the photo shoots. This will involve planning and executing the shootout of products with/without models. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the entire production of a sales event in a fast-paced and high-volume production environment (36-48 looks per day, 5-6 days per week). The production manager will also work closely with the IT and sourcing teams to meet the sales event schedules.

Responsibilities:

Arrange for and oversee 3-4 shoots per day

• Coordinate and project manage the production of all photo shoots with efficiency and high quality

• Manage the team of photographers, models, stylists and make-up artists

• Create daily, weekly shoot plans and execute

• Prepare and manage the entire production budget - optimize the cost of production per item produced

• Work and coordinate with internal departments - IT and sourcing to produce high quality catalogues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-5 years relevant experience in production of still and video shoots

• Love for fashion and strong project management experience

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a successful team environment

• Keen attention to detail and experience in a deadline-driven workplace

• Well-informed and experienced in luxury and retail catalogue production
