- Kalki Software Private Limited is looking for Sr Engineer, Product Implementation & Support to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Product Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of new products, systems, or software solutions, ensuring successful deployment within the organization or for clients
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance during the implementation phase, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate new products or systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless functionality
- User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and create documentation to facilitate the adoption and efficient use of new products or systems
- Quality Assurance: Perform testing, quality assurance, and validation of the implemented products or systems to ensure they meet performance and functionality requirements
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and address technical queries related to the implemented products or systems
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancement, optimization, or improvement based on user feedback and operational experiences
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure a smooth implementation and support process
- Skills and Qualifications:Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills related to the specific products or systems being implemented, including knowledge of relevant programming languages, databases, and technologies
- Implementation Experience: Experience in leading or participating in product or system implementation projects, with a focus on successful deployment and user adoption
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently during implementation and support phases
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- User-Centric Approach: Ability to understand user needs, provide user support, and communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, task prioritization, and time management to ensure project deadlines and milestones are met
