Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a keen eye for assessing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
  
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  
• Source potential candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  
• Manage the interview process and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
