Employee Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and grievance resolution

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

- Provide guidance to managers on performance, conduct, and disciplinary actions

- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

- Monitor and report on ER trends, risks, and improvement areas

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business, or related field

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices

- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
