Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile apps, websites, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Identify, record, and track defects using bug-tracking systems in an organized manner.
- Perform manual and potentially automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, security, and usability.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure resolved defects do not affect existing functionalities.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on potential quality risks and improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging mobile app, web, and Microsoft 365 development trends.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-3 years of proven quality assurance testing experience in an IT company, focusing on mobile apps, websites, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android), web technologies, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
