Senior HR Manager
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will lead the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is key to shaping our workplace culture and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate issues, and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, employee goal setting, and development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs for employee growth.
- HR Compliance & Reporting: Ensure policies align with legal standards and provide HR metrics using tools like Google Drive and ClickUp for tracking.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation packages and ensure they are competitive.
- Any other HR-related responsibility and any task related to Klarecon that stems from holding a senior position
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, ClickUp, and HR software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred:
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
