Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 13 + years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry.
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of handling high-rise residential projects using Mivan shuttering technology.
- Excellent people management skills for leading cross-functional teams effectively.
