Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Must have handled minimum one project from starting to handing over.
- Manage end-to-end execution of high rise residential projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee MEP coordination and execution, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and firefighting installations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations through regular site visits and quality control checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Analyze bills from various contractors to identify discrepancies and optimize costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 9-12 years of experience in senior project engineering or assistant project management roles on high rise residential projects.
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field; Diploma holders may also apply.
- Strong understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) systems installation & maintenance procedures.
