Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for high-rise residential projects using Mivan technology.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Perform regular inspections of concrete mixes, steel reinforcement, and other materials used in construction.
- Identify non-conformities (NCs) during site visits and report them to the relevant authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-9 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) role on High Rise Residential projects using Mivan technology.
- Strong understanding of QMS principles and ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in preparing reports on NCs found during site visits.
