Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Document and analyze project requirements, data, and specifications.

- Understand and interpret technical designs and specifications.

- Act as a liaison between customers, development teams, and third-party vendors.

- Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and deliver weekly project status reports, highlighting progress, issues, risks, and dependencies.

- Apply functional knowledge of ERP, FinTech, Hyper-local, E-commerce, Quick commerce, and other in-trend domains.

- Translate customer needs into clear application and operational requirements.

- Effectively communicate with internal and external teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) at client locations.

- Maintain excellent documentation of project processes and requirements.

- Utilize issue tracking systems like JIRA for project management.

- Apply analytical techniques and utilize relevant tools for data analysis.

- Have a good understanding of service industry.

- Have more technical skills.

- Be able to understand API documentation.

Qualifications :

Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in managing IT projects.

Education : BE/BTECH degree.

Skills :

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.

- Experience with issue tracking systems (JIRA).

- Ability to understand technical design documents.

- Ability to understand API documentation.

- Ability to travel to client locations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the service industry.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
