Position: Sales Officer

Department: Solar

Position Overview:

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and business development efforts, particularly for Solar PV system. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored technical & financial solutions, and supporting the team in converting prospects into long-term customers.

Salary- upto 35,000 CTC/Month

Age- 25 to 45 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct call and recommend them to installed PV systems based on customer requirements, energy usage, location, benefits and budget.
• Aware about competitors' products, market trends, and customer needs to effectively position and differentiate the product offering.
• Meet with the clients on daily basis & share the report for the same to HO.
• Achieve the monthly target.
• Coordinate with the tele caller, site engineer & others team to smooth transitions.
• Add the Business associates/ associates on same working location & coordinate with him on weekly basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in science, management and engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related field.
