Platinum Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development) to launch new initiatives that meet customer needs.
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to HNI clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide insights on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards to safeguard the bank from potential risks.

Preferred candidate profile

• BFSI/Banking Experience: Candidates must have at least 3-8 years of experience as a relationship manager or in an equivalent role, with a focus on HNI client acquisition and portfolio management.
• Mandatory Minimum Qualification: Graduation from a UGC recognized university.
• Strong understanding of branch banking, retail liabilities, CASA, HNI acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving shared goals.
