Job Description
- Is Passionate about cyber security
- Has Previous security operations center experience
- Should be able to effectively participate and contribute in investigations with along with managers/leads in the UK and US
- Should be well versed with in MITRE ATT&CK framework & NIST 800-61R2 standard
- Willing to work in different time zones (24X7 shifts)
- With experience of investigating, or involvement in an active cyber incident will be preferred
- With experience of investigation or involvement in highly evasive threats like those involving advanced persistent threats (APTs) will be preferred
- Develop integration code to provide automations for operational activities in SOC
- Develop advanced technological ideas and provide innovative automations
- Design, implement and maintain efficient and reusable Python code for different automations
- Visual presentation of data in the form of Dashboards, reports
- Strong Python skills
- Experience in any of the SOAR tool (Splunk Phantom/Palo Alto Demisto/Any other SOAR platform)
- Basic understanding of SIEM (Splunk/Azure Sentinel), concepts of logs, events, alerts, incidents, content rules etc.
- Experience as SOC analyst and knowledge about SecOps (Service now/RSA Archer)
- Experience in implementing REST APIs
- Experience in front end technologies and frameworks - HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, node.js
- Experience in security incident management process, reporting, Power BI, Power automate, tableau
- Teamwork skills
- Self-development skills keep up to date with fast changing technologies
