Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and employee engagement activities.Support the HR team in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
