Job Summary -

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database or provided leads list.

- Introduce University programs and offerings in a clear, concise manner.

- Gauge interest levels and qualify prospects based on predefined parameters.

- Capture accurate information such as name, contact details, course interest, and preferred mode of learning.

- Enter lead data promptly into the CRM or Excel tracker.

- Ensure daily call targets and lead generation goals are met.

- Coordinate with the sales team by passing on quality leads for further processing.

Requirements -

- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any field.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
