Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager located in New Delhi.

- The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including tender preparation, submission, and follow-ups with clients.

- Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments for procurement and project management, conducting market research, and developing strategies to enhance sales.

- The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills

- Procurement and Project Management skills

Sales skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
