Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and engage students looking for programs in healthcare and technical courses that SkillTyro is offering.
• Build strong relationships with job-seeking students and effectively cross-sell SkillTyro's training programs.
• Conduct daily connected calls- Target Based.
• Attend student visits and provide them with information about the programs.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Utilize inbound and outbound sales techniques to generate and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and student feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate in any specialization.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in the education or training industry.
• Familiarity with sales techniques specific to educational programs and courses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
