Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience working as Desktop support engineer to join our team in Baroda.
Requirements:
- Install/reinstall/troubleshoot Windows OS
- Support MS Office, antivirus, and mail clients
- Install/update drivers (VGA, LAN, etc.)
- Software usage support
- Troubleshoot printers and printing issues
- Update antivirus definitions, clean infected PCs
- Configure wireless for laptops/desktops
- Follow up for repairs/replacements
- Track vendor SLAs and escalations
