Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
   
• Identify potential clients using various tools (CRM, LinkedIn, online directories, etc.).
  
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, or social media.
  
2. Sales Outreach:
   
• Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and chat.
  
• Conduct product or service presentations virtually.
  
• Nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain and update CRM software with accurate prospect and client information.
  
• Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
  
4. Target Achievement:
   
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities or direct sales.
  
5. Collaboration:
   
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign follow-ups.
  
• Work closely with field sales teams for handing over qualified leads.
  
6. Reporting & Feedback:
   
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  
• Analyze call/email performance to improve future outreach.
  

Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls/emails daily.
  
• Schedule product demos or sales appointments.
  
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads.
  
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  
• Contribute to team strategy discussions and share market intelligence.
