Finance Manager - ICWA/CA (20-25 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong international exposure, especially with European entities, and a hands-on approach to financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership.

- Prepare and review monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, Inventory Valuation & Physical Verification.

- Coordinate with external auditors for Tax, Transfer Pricing (TP), and GST audits.

- Handle statutory compliance including TDS and GST payments and return filings.

- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register (additions, deletions, etc.).

- Manage end-to-end invoice bookings purchase, sales, services, import bills, and provisions.

- Oversee supplier payment processes and customer collection follow-ups.

- Maintain exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting standards (GAAP), budgeting, cost control, and cost accounting.

- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts (weekly, monthly, yearly).

ECB Loan Management:

- Avail new ECB loans from parent company

- Manage ECB repayments

- File ECB returns

Oversee working capital management:

Open new bank accounts:

- Handle documentation and execution for working capital loans

- Manage WC facilities like Cash Credit, Buyers Credit, PCFC, AP & AR Factoring

Currency hedging for ECB, AP & AR:

- Ensure timely execution of import and service payment procedures.

- Manage EPCG license procedures.

- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control studies.

- Develop financial policies and advise on financial management.

- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

- Conduct internal audits of accounting and finance operations.

Drive fiscal forecasting and planning:

- Oversee all accounting processes and controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience working with European companies; experience with Spanish companies is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proven expertise in statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
