Scope of Work:
To book the Purchase, Sales bill Journal Voucher Entries in Tally.
Bank Entries Bank reconciliation on daily basis
Prepare Weekly Payment Disbursement Statement
Handling Petty Cash
Payment Intimations mail to Suppliers after payment is made
Prepare monthly TDS Statement
To Prepare GST Statement (GSTR1 3B) sent Tally Data to CA for GST filing
Preparing ITC statement after GST filing
To check the Attendance Sheet and Prepare Salary Statement.
Prepare Staff Expense Sheet in excel
Sending Provident Fund ESIC Statement to pf consultant
Prepare Professional Tax statement sent to CA for challan
Regular Filling of Documents
Skill : Communication, Tally ERP software knowledge, Excel, Word
