Lentra - Implementation Manager - Digital Lending (5-10 yrs)

About the role:.

- Lentra is seeking talented individuals and visionaries to join it's Product team as Implementation Managers who are passionate and ambitious to take their career to the next level.

- You will be at the forefront of Lentra's growth story and will be responsible for acquiring new logos by selling Lentras cutting-edge, state-of-the-art Saas/PaaS solutions across the lending sector, building strong and sustainable relationships with the CXOs and decision-makers.

- As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our digital lending platform for banking clients across India.

- You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal product and tech teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, integration, and go-live of our solutions.

- Your focus will be to translate business requirements into successful product rollouts while ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence.

- You will report to the chief business officer and work closely with the senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements:.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business / Finance.

- MBA is a plus.

- 5-10 years of experience in implementation or project management roles within fintech, banking software, or lending platforms.

- Experience working with banks or large NBFCs in India is essential.

- Familiarity with digital lending products, LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and integrations with banking systems.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent understanding of API-based integrations and digital workflows.
