QA Engineer (SDET)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Engineer (SDET) with over 2 years of experience in test automation, quality assurance, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automated test frameworks, API testing using Postman, performance testing tools like JMeter, and programming skills in Python or JavaScript. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing complex systems such as media workflows or collaboration tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure software quality across applications.
Write and execute test cases for UI, API, and functional testing using tools like Selenium and Postman.
Conduct performance testing using tools such as Apache JMeter to evaluate system reliability under load.
Collaborate with developers to improve software testability and integrate testing into CI/CD workflows.
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the development lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to testing and quality assurance of media-rich platforms or project/collaboration interfaces as applicable.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in QA engineering or software testing roles with a focus on automation.
Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript for test automation.
Experience with CI/CD integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

Exposure to media workflows (image, 3D, video) or collaboration/project management tools.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with test reporting and defect tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
Knowledge of containerized environments and cloud-based testing practices.
