MBA 12 - 14 years hardcore experience post Qualifications

Strong experience in the following skills. Should have worked with Large Corporates.
1. Talent Management:
- Objective is to identify, attract, Develop and retaining top talent within our organization
- Hire top talent from the industry as required by our business plans and objectives
- Manage employee engagement and growth
- Analyzing compensation data, conducting market research, do salary benchmarking for implementation of attractive compensation plans par with the industry standards.
- Take care of annual compensation revision.
3. Set up calendar for Performance Management Process:
- Lead Goal Setting as per business plan. Review, Improve and implement PMS as required
4. Assessment Process:
- Set up KRAs, developing, implementing assessment criteria as per role, level of responsibilities and department goals. Discuss with Top Management, HODs and set up Promotion guidelines
5. Educate / Training for managers:
- Identify Training needs as per the succession planning, department needs, promotion plans
6. Feedback Mechanism:
- Develop or improve existing system of feedback process, or develop programs for employees to be able to float their thoughts, ideas, challenges to-n-fro across teams and management
7. Bonus & Incentives Scheme:
- Use of New methods to plan attractive proposition for different departments for the incentive schemes which may be beneficial for the organisation/business and also lucrative for the employees.
8. Long Term Incentives : for Retention Plans, Employee delight
