Full Stack Developer - Frontend & Backend Architecture (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Frontend Expertise: Lead frontend development efforts using React, Next.js, and JavaScript, ensuring exceptional user experiences and modern UI implementations.

- Backend Development: Develop robust backend services using .NET Core and C#, designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with various systems.

- Technical Leadership: For lead-level teams, provide technical guidance, mentorship, and handle team responsibilities, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

- Problem Solving: Apply excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical challenges and proactively devise effective solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Frontend Focus: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Frontend Development.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in handling lead-level team responsibilities (for lead-level roles).

- Frontend Technologies: Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Backend Technologies: Proficiency in backend development using .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API design.
