Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Notice Period: Up to 60 days

Are you passionate about solving real-world business problems through data? Join our client's India Analytics Hub (IAH) as a Manager - Analytics (Home Business) and work closely with global teams to deliver meaningful insights that drive business performance.

What You'll Do :

- Lead end-to-end analytics projects across Independent Retail, Home Network, and other Home Core business areas

- Deliver strategic insights, not just reports - independently scope, analyze, and solve business problems

- Collaborate with stakeholders across project phases, from initiation to delivery

- Drive high-impact projects targeting revenue growth and strategic adoption

- Use SQL/SAS to extract and aggregate data, and Tableau for visualization

- Maintain documentation and audit accuracy in line with global standards

- Represent the team in strategic forums and build internal brand visibility

What We're Looking For :

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SQL or SAS; working knowledge of Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define methodologies and present insights

- Background in BFSI / Financial Services preferred

- Advanced skills in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for impactful storytelling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to independently deliver analytics solutions
