Internal Auditor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Audit team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging assignments, ranging from internal audits and enterprise risk management to compliance reviews and development of standard operating procedures. The selected candidate will play a key role in executing client engagements, preparing audit reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Job Title- Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive/Executive (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution & Risk Management:
  
• Execute internal audit engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring adherence to audit methodology, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs.
  
• Evaluate and assess internal financial controls, operational processes, and risk management frameworks.
  
• Develop and review standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals and conduct process compliance assessments.
  
• Audit Planning & Supervision: (Specific to Assistant Manager & Sr. Executive)
  
• Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan, including risk assessments and audit strategy development.
  
• Schedule, plan, and lead audits, setting objectives, scopes, and timelines for each engagement.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to audit team members, ensuring quality outcomes within stipulated timeframes.
  
• Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior audit staff.
  
• Analysis & Reporting :
  
• Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
  
• Draft comprehensive audit reports including findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations.
  
• Compliance:
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  
• Stay updated on current developments in auditing standards, regulatory changes, and industry practices.
  
• Other Responsibilities: (Specific to Assistant Manager & Sr. Executive)
  
• Act as a subject matter consultant to departments on internal controls, process improvements, and compliance matters.
  
• Participate in policy development, short- and long-term planning, and implementation of strategic audit projects.
  
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of audit team members as applicable.
  
• Perform additional audit and advisory duties as assigned.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Must have relevant experience in Risk Advisory Services At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience into Risk Advisory Services -Non BFSI Sector (Manufacturing /Real Estate/Retail/Hospitality/Health Care/Service/Media/Technology and others).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team handling
• Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)
