Job Description
- Ensure the effective implementation of the policy related to Intellectual Property (IP) Data Confidentiality (here in after will be called as policy) across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to verify policy compliance and address any immediate policy violations or concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors with questions, concerns, or clarifications related to the policy.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for On Roll Off Roll employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors to raise awareness about the policy.
- Maintain detailed records of policy violations, disciplinary actions taken, and any resulting improvements in compliance.
- Collaborate with the disciplinary committee to ensure a fair and consistent approach to addressing policy violations. Assist in the investigation of violations, collect evidence, and prepare reports for the committee s review.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate the daily execution of tasks and projects. Ensure seamless communication and cooperation among departments to meet operational objectives..
