SailPoint Developer - IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (4-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

- Develop and customize SailPoint connectors, workflows, provisioning policies, and rules.

- Create, manage, and troubleshoot identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, access request).

- Build integrations between SailPoint and external systems using Java or Python.

- Write custom tasks, plugins, and REST APIs for identity management needs.

- Support application onboarding into SailPoint.

- Perform SailPoint upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.

- Collaborate with security architects, application owners, and other stakeholders to ensure IAM best practices.

- Develop and maintain documentation (technical designs, process flows, troubleshooting guides).

Required Skills :

- 2+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

- Strong coding experience in Java or Python (Java preferred for IdentityIQ customization).

- Expertise in SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, provisioning connectors, and APIs.

- Good understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and REST APIs.

- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy Management, and Access Certifications.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001) is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SailPoint Certification (Developer/Engineer/Architect).

- Experience with Cloud IAM integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.

- Prior experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

- Proficiency in any 1 programming language preferably Java/Python.

- Good analytical/problem-solving skills.

- Deliver customizations in SailPoint including scheduled jobs, workflows, plugins

- Develop powershell, python scripts to parse fileshare scan output-no/don't have python scripts

- Build Remediation workflow

- Deploy unstructured data governance solution
