Finance Executive (Online Sales Partners)

Luxury Personified LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting tasks related to our online sales channels. The role will involve coordination with internal teams and online partners to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, payment tracking, and accounting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online sales orders with correct margin validation
• Prepare customer invoices
• Update online customer payment receipts
• Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries
• Follow up on outstanding and due payments
• Check Contra COGS, rebates, and discount pricing
• Process and release credit/debit notes
• Manage sales returns documentation
• Record expense bills in accounting software
• Track due bill payments and follow up for releases
• Handle claims and settlements with partners

Requirements:

• 23 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer electronics
• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of sales accounting, reconciliation, and billing processes
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in managing online partner accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
