Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive with fluent Hindi language skills to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, understanding issues, answering queries, and providing information about services in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers via phone, email.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Act as a bridge between customer & Engineer
- Handle internal CRM & followup on the registered tickets until closure & feedback.
