For Plant Head / In-Charge in a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety. They are crucial for ensuring the plant runs efficiently and meets production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Ensuring the execution of production plans, meeting production targets, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control checks and tools to ensure the feed meets specified standards
• Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Team Leadership: Managing and developing plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
