Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment and HR administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in human resources while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support in updating and communicating HR policies to staff.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Support payroll and benefits processing as needed.
Requirements - Bachelor\s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience : years of experience in an HR-related role (internship experience is acceptable).
- Skills :
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and basic MS Office tools.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
