Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for IR & Admin activities.
- Work on statutory compliance by labour contractors under different labour laws.
- Ensure legal audits by different Govt. agencies are compiled/responded / closed effectively
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Support senior leadership in maintaining industrial relations with the union.
- Effectively handle contract labour issues and employee grievances.
- Plan and monitor contractual manpower deployment as per operational requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of contract manpower and track daily workforce reports.
- Liaise with government authorities for necessary permits, licenses, and compliance for infrastructure work.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10-14 yrs of experience in Plant HR, IR and Admin in a manufacturing company
- Legal Acumen in Employee / Factory laws
