Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record of optimizing codebases and architecting robust, scalable systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Python-based applications and services.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize code for efficiency and scalability.

- Design and implement scalable micro-services architecture.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Python technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Lead Python Engineer with a minimum of [number] years of industry experience.
