Cybersecurity Specialist (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Specialist to protect our organization's computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will assess current security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.

- Perform regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing.

- Investigate security incidents and provide incident response support.

- Install, configure, and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Provide security training and awareness for employees.

- Maintain documentation related to security architecture, processes, and incidents.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments on security-related projects and implementations.
