The Internal Auditor Financial Audit

The Internal Auditor Financial Audit will provide strategic direction in financial risk management, compliance, and governance. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring liquidity, optimizing costs, and maintaining key banking partnerships. The auditor will lead financial planning, risk mitigation, and compliance efforts to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Strategic Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction for financial audit processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop tools and techniques to monitor and manage organizational funds for liquidity.

- Maintain and enhance banking partnerships to optimize financial transactions.

- Direct financial investment activities, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

- Champion a culture of optimization, continuous improvement, and effective change management in financial operations.

- Optimize financing costs and transaction expenses to improve the organization's bottom line.

- Lead governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

- Oversee capital and cash flow management to support business growth.

Financial Planning & Operations:

- Assist in formulating the organization's future financial direction and support tactical initiatives.

- Track major financial levers, including exposure, risk, capital requirements, debts, and inventory.

- Manage capital requests and budgeting processes as required by the business.

- Oversee transaction processing systems and implement operational best practices in finance.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Lead the design and implementation of the annual risk-based audit plan to drive business value.

- Ensure continuous process improvements in financial operations.

- Maintain relationships with external auditors, reviewing findings and recommendations.

- Monitor cash balances and forecasts, ensuring sound working capital management.

- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, arranging financing as needed.

Qualifications: Must be a CA with exposure in Corporates
