Squash Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular squash coaching sessions for students of various age groups and skill levels.
  
• Teach fundamental techniques, advanced strategies, and squash rules in a structured manner.
  
• Organize internal school matches, training camps, and fitness drills.
  
• Prepare and guide students for inter-school, district, and state-level tournaments.
  
• Monitor and track student progress and provide individual feedback.
  
• Ensure the safety and proper use of squash courts and equipment.
  
• Coordinate with the Sports Department to maintain and manage squash-related infrastructure.
  
• Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among students.
  
• Maintain attendance and performance records of participating students.
  
• Encourage student participation and foster a positive sports environment.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Squash Coach or professional squash player.
  
• Certification in squash coaching from a recognized sports authority (optional but preferred).
  
• Physical fitness and strong knowledge of squash techniques, rules, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  
• Patience and ability to work with children and adolescents.
  
• Ability to manage groups and organize events efficiently.
  
• First-aid certification (preferred).
