Mankind Pharma - Transformation Lead - Procurement - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

Mankind Pharma is seeking a Procurement Transformation lead to manage our vendor management, benchmarking, and cost optimization efforts across all direct and indirect spend categories. This role involves developing innovative strategies and solutions to enhance cost efficiency and drive value within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement transformation initiatives.

- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies that align with company objectives.

- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with program management teams to deploy various process, people, and technology projects.

- Work closely with internal and external technology stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals.

- Drive digital procurement transformation to improve both top-line and bottom-line performance, leveraging technologies such as generative AI, Procure-to-Pay, and Source-to-Contract solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

- Qualifications: MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes.

- Demonstrated experience of 6-8 years in a leading mid-large sized team on large scale sourcing and procurement projects spanning across one or more of the following: strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation procurement transformation including implementation of procurement solutions, intelligent procurement, responsible and resilient procurement, mergers & acquisitions

- Skills: Proven track record in stakeholder management and familiarity with technologies like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jagger, Zycus, GEP, Ivalua, or similar procurement solutions.

- Sector Knowledge: Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive industry.

- Interest and Experience in Digital Technologies: Strong interest in digital technologies, including generative AI, RPA, Blockchain, and source-to-pay tools, with some practical experience in their application.
