Position: Sr. Delivery Manager

Full Time; Hyderabad. Reports to the CEO.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As a Sr. Delivery Manager, we expect you to play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to our clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, maintaining client account profitability, and strategic account mining. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and teamwork will be critical in meeting and exceeding client expectations while contributing to the overall growth of Manomay.

- At Manomay, we often work on multiple engagements with our customers, spanning across Strategic & Management Consulting, Implementation of Enterprise Core Platforms, Tech Automation Solutioning and different types of Data Services. So, it is critical that the Delivery Manager ensures Customer Delight across all our projects, for each of our customers.

In line, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Delivery responsibility for success: Responsible for the overall successful delivery of projects for the customers. As part of that, responsible for setting up of processes, review of the work and provide feedback etc., so the delivery is as per the agreed standards, with built-in escalations and in-course corrections.

2. Delivery Team Planning and Management: With focus beyond individual projects, responsible for review of overall customer projects, assess team needs, availability based on type and nature and plan for right team across value chain. Focus is not on numbers but maturity through lean models and management. And to ensure that the projects are complete within the agreed timelines, budget & standards

3. Delivery Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, for collaborative and high-performance culture. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Ensure visibility and transparency across teams for managing dependencies and hand-offs. Ensure productive downtime management for the team when needed.

4. Delivery Process Maturity and Quality Assurance: For maximum and right use of the team across various projects through reuse, process standardization, templatization and accelerators. Ensure that all projects adhere to the best practices, quality standards and deliverables meet client specifications. Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

5. Client Profitability and Account Mining: Responsible for the P&L of the Customer Account - focus on profitability, longevity and strategic account mining. Also, responsible for overall budget management for the Client Account.

6. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Client relationship management, taking frequent feedback, meeting clients on-site, creating positive relations with the clients. Understanding client's needs and translating them into actionable processes & activities.

7. Strategic Partner Engagement and Relationship Building: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with Companies that Manomay partners with, in the context of Delivery scale.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for betterment of people and processes for fast-track delivery through tools, techniques and market opportunities.

9. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Training the project management team in proactively identifying and managing project risks - especially for checking their applicability for other projects, proactively and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure overall customer success, with clear preference to the preventive over the curative solutions. Problem solving and firefighting for any projects, where there are obstacles faced by the project managers.

10. Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation for new and improved way of Service delivery. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery.

11. Collaboration with CDO: Work with the Chief Delivery Officer, to ensure that the projects and service delivery are as per the Manomay Standards and client standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, or MBA from premier institutions. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.

2. Experience: People with in-depth industry knowledge with 10 to 15 years of experience - either Insurance or IT Delivery management or a combination of both. Experience working in BFSI or FinTech domains is a must, Insurance would be ideal.

3. Team Management: Experience of managing or working with team size of 20 or above in project delivery.

4. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
