Sales Development Representative UK Hours | British Accent Required
Job Summary:-
We are hiring a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team in India, focused on the UK region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a neutral or British accent and a strong background in outbound lead generation. This role requires working during UK business hours to align with our client base.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads in the UK market.
- Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Research target companies and industries to tailor outreach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on ideal customer profiles and messaging.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
Requirements:-
- 1-4 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or inside sales roles (preferably targeting international markets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a UK or neutral accent.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email sequencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work UK hours (India afternoon to evening shift).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience selling SaaS or IT services.
- Previous exposure to UK/EMEA clients and understanding of UK business culture.
