Job Title- Maintenance Engineer

Company- Regal Rexnord Corporation (US-based Motor Manufacturing Company)

Payroll- Team Lease (On Third Party Payroll)

Location- DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Experience - Minimum 3 years

Working Days - 6 days (Monday - Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Take care of High speed Power Presses, welding machines, Paint shop, grinding machines, CNCs, Conveyors, EOT cranes, DG, compressors
• Take care of mechanical system, knowledge of mechanical drawing
• Take care of Hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Maintain and adhere schedule of ISO, EHS ISO, TPM, Kaizen, 5S
• Adhere schedule of Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
• Machine selection and commissioning along with CTQ's Establishment & Handed over to Production after Approval.
• Continuous improvement on machines by using Lean Tools.. TPM, waste Identification , Kaizen , Gemba
• Create VCP ideas to reduce LOVC costs
• Monitoring of various type of record MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Uptime and PNG and electricity monitoring etc.
• Make the system and machinery more safe by doing safety kaizen and regular Gemba

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations comply with safety and quality
• Keep record of improvement(safety, sustainability, kaizen) in PPT form

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• B. Tech (Mechanical) from a reputed University
• Knowledge of Mechanical drawing
• Excellent knowledge of excel and good PowerPoint presentation skills
• Excellent Communication skills both Oral and written
• Excellent knowledge of preventive maintenance, ISO, safety, 5S
• Strong Inter-personal skills

• Mechanical system/Pneumatic system/CAD
