Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EV domain, including EV infrastructure (charging stations), fleet electrification, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients such as government bodies, private developers, OEMs, and commercial fleet operators.
  
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
• Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Revenue Growth:
• Drive revenue targets through strategic business development efforts in the EV sector.
• Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals that align with company growth objectives.
  
• Internal Collaboration:
• Coordinate with engineering, project execution, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful delivery of EV infrastructure and services.
• Act as a liaison between client expectations and internal delivery capabilities.
  
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities in the electric mobility and EV infrastructure space.
• Provide strategic input to senior management on emerging opportunities and risks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech/B.E. or a related technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the EV, Automobile or electrical
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
