Job Description
The Personwill be responsible for leading and overseeing ADAS (Advanced Driver-AssistanceSystems) aftermarket projects from concept through launch. This role isresponsible for ensuring successful product development, integration, anddeployment in the aftermarket space, working closely with cross-functionalteams including engineering, product management, quality, supply chain, andsales.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Drive end-to-endproject execution for ADAS aftermarket solutions, including scoping, planning,budgeting, and delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables thatsupport business objectives in collaboration with senior management andstakeholders.
Monitorand track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implementmitigation strategies. o Ensure adherence to project management methodologiesand best practices
Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with engineering, RD, supply chain, and marketing to ensurealignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
Timeline Milestone Management:Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring key milestones are metacross hardware and software components.
Stakeholder Communication: Act asthe central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providingregular updates and managing expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potentialproject risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and ensuring timelyresolution.
Compliance Standards: Ensureall deliverables meet automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE,UNECE regulations) as well as regional regulatory requirements. Ensure allproducts meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and testingprocedures.
Budget Management: Monitor projectbudgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective execution.
Supplier Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsand components.

- Bachelors/ Masterdegree in EngineeringBackground.
- 7 - 12 years of project management experience inthe automotive sector, preferably with ADAS or related electronic systems.
- Experience in ADAS aftermarket operations,Product Operations, Driving Processes, and Handle Customer Escalations.
- Proven track record in managing complex,multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers orOEMs in the automotive aftermarket space.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies,sensors (radar, LiDAR, cameras), and vehicle integration challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MSProject, JIRA, or similar).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing productlifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of inventory managementprinciples and practices.
- Experience in managing delivery operations andlogistics.
