MarsDevs - Generative AI Engineer - Machine Learning/Deep Learning (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs).

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into products.

- Research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and frameworks, especially in generative modeling.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Clean and prepare datasets for training, validation, and testing.

- Monitor and evaluate model performance in production and iterate accordingly.

- Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.

- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on deep learning and generative models.

- Strong understanding of architectures like GPT, BERT, Diffusion Models, VAEs, or GANs.

- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.

- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Published papers, open-source contributions, or demos related to generative AI.

- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Knowledge of data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.

- Experience in building conversational AI agents or AI-powered content generation tools.
