Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team at Marspoles Media and Communications
The ideal candidate is a visually driven individual with a passion for creating engaging and impactful designs
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for translating concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to the target audience

Key Responsibilities of Creative Designer at Marspoles Media and Communications:

1. Conceptualization and Ideation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.

Generate creative concepts and ideas that align with the project objectives.

2. Graphic Design:

Produce visually stunning and effective designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

3. Brand Development:

Ensure consistency and coherence in visual elements to strengthen the brand identity.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.

4. Multimedia Production:

Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative multimedia elements into designs.

5. Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

Present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions based on client input.

6. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and milestones.

7. Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
