Educational Qualification : Civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from IIT, Govt. Engineering colleges or any other reputed institute (UGC/AICTE approved institute only)

Work experience ::Planning & execution of industrial and public infrastructure civil projects Years of experience desired 12 years to 18 years (atleast 8-10 years of corporate experience)

Nature of work experience

* Hands on experience on design, estimation, tender, execution of civil projects and good knowledge of interiors. * Good understanding of basic engineering and working process so as to impart technical guidance to location engineers. Key job responsibilities * Conceptualization and planning for civil project across locations. * Vetting of initial design and cost estimation. * Tendering, negotiation and project approvals. * Quality control & time management. * Compliance regulations and safety. * Manage periodic billing and budget utilization. * Reporting to management. Focus area Project planning & management Competencies-Functional * Strong understanding of design drawings, latest technologies and software, AutoCAD including Civil works related frameworks, standards and regulations. * Reporting and adherence to compliances. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizing skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
