Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to leadership on HR matters and ensure that HR goals support the company's vision and growth.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address employee grievances, provide conflict resolution, and ensure that company policies are being followed. Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that align with the organization's strategic goals. Ensure a continuous feedback culture and help managers in setting clear objectives for employees.
- Training & Development: Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs. Encourage career growth and skill development to support both personal and organizational growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure alignment with industry standards while maintaining financial sustainability.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Manage audits, workplace safety, and risk management processes.
- Organizational Development: Lead efforts to improve organizational effectiveness by supporting change management processes, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and others.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities. Ensure HR operations run smoothly and efficiently across all functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 20-25 years of progressive experience in HR within IT Services organizations.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to use tools and technologies to accelerate HR initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, mentoring, conflict resolution, stress management, organizational development, and succession planning skills.
- Experience with using Workday will be a plus.
