Job Title: GCC Business Development Manager

The Opportunity:


Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GCC Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is critical to our expansion strategy, focusing on identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large enterprise clients across India and globally, helping them leverage Client's innovative AI solutions to optimize their operations and accelerate their digital transformation journeys.


Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and target key GCCs and large enterprise accounts in Bangalore and other strategic locations that can benefit from Client's AI-powered solutions.



- Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline within the GCC segment.



- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with CXO-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders within target GCCs and enterprises.



- Solution Articulation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Client's Agentic AI solutions (e.g., IntelliConverse, IntelliReach, IntelliWorkflow, IntelliResilience, IntelliPulse, IntelliVision) and how they can address specific business challenges and enhance efficiency for GCCs.



- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the AI and GCC space to identify new opportunities and inform product development.



- Collaboration: Work closely with Client's AI engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement, solution customization, and successful project execution.



- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the unique needs of GCC clients.



- Negotiation & Closure: Drive complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.



- Thought Leadership: Represent client's at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and establish clients as a leader in AI-native solutions for GCCs.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) preferred.



- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services, software, or technology consulting industry, with a significant focus on engaging with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) or large enterprises.



- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.



- Deep understanding of the GCC ecosystem, including their operational models, challenges, and strategic priorities.



- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts and their practical applications in business.



- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.



- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify complex business problems and position AI solutions effectively.



- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
